OMAM DAWN

         

Omam Dawn is a singer songwriter from the South Coast UK. Her songs invite listeners into dreamscapes of fields, fishermen, dolphins and darker corners of cemeteries and unrequited love. Much of her writing is inspired by the sea and her childhood connection with animals.

Her debut single, Purple Flowers was well received and played on BBC Introducing in November 2023, when she was also listed as one of the best acts to see live by independent London music venue, Morocco Bound Bookshop. She has travelled to Egypt, India and Amsterdam with her songs and her upcoming debut album, Near From Goose Town, journeys to and far from her English seaside hometown to war zones, riverbeds, and ghostly heartbreaks. It is innocent and honest, uncomplicated, and gentle. It eases you into her soft and fragile world.
