CLOUD MIND

       

Cloud Mind is the dark musical alter ego of musician/producer Abel de Grefte: bedroom pop from a dark heart. Previously played in The Future's Dust and is currently active as a singer/guitarist with Woe Blind Birds. Cloud Mind stands for personal songs, in which De Grefte draws on themes from his immediate environment.

The sound of Cloud Mind can be described as dark indie pop and slowcore, drawing comparisons to bands like Sparklehorse and Yo La Tengo. In addition, De Grefte is inspired in his productions by artists such as Bon Iver and Sufjan Stevens to arrive at his own eclectic sound.
